We handle agro goods
On October 19, 2020, we were granted an international and prestigious GMP+ certificate confirming the fulfillment of all requirements and conditions necessary to ensure the health safety of stored and reloaded grains and fodder.
This allowed us to enter a new development path for the company in the form of reloading of agro bulk goods for the needs of the agricultural industry such as grains, middlings, fodder, pelletized and granulated products based on its own storage base and port infrastructure. This resulted in the implementation of the long-term plan of the Management Board of DB Port Szczecin to transform the company into a universal and modern multiterminal.
GMP Certificate + what is it? Handling of cereals and feed for the needs of the agricultural industry is associated with the fulfillment of appropriate quality standards. For this reason, we have implemented the International Standard of Good Manufacturing Practice in the field of storage and handling of feed - GMP+ B3 so as to ensure the health safety of feeds. The GMP+ certificate confirms that all requirements and conditions necessary to ensure that the feeds do not pose any risk to animals and humans are fulfilled. In addition, the GMP+ certificate guarantees compliance with the law and regulations on feed hygiene, efficient communication and the possibility of tracing and identifying each stored feed.
